2/7/2020 Update-
This issue has been resolved. All nclive.org pages should now be accessible. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk, if you continue to experience errors. 
 
Some pages of the NC LIVE website are currently unavailable. Users will get a "this page isn't working" error message. So far, we have only noticed these unresponsive pages in the Library Staff section of the website. 
 
We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and will let you know when we have more information. 
On January 31, Gale released a new resume tool within TERC called the VisualCV Resume Creator. The tool includes:
  • 18 default templates for creating well-designed resumes, with additional textual examples provided by industry and experience levels
  • Various editing options, including a text-based form editor, a visual editor, and the ability to upload existing resumes
  • A cover letter editor, which includes three sample templates
  • A website editor, which lets users quickly create a website for their resume that can be shared with potential employers

1/31 2:24 - ReferenceUSA service has been restored. 

1/31 1:10 - The vendor has reported their web servers are down and they are working to get them back online. 

1/31 12:55 - We have received reports from several libraries that they are unable to access ReferenceUSA and are redirected to error pages. We have reached out to the vendor and are working on a solution.

1/28/2020- The issues with SIRS Discoverer have been resolved, and the resource should be functioning normally.
 
SIRS Discoverer appears to be down for some libraries. Users attempting to access SIRS Discoverer via IP authentication or proxy authentication will receive the following error message:
 
"This site can’t be reachedexploreproquest.com’s server IP address could not be found. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"
