We have just been notified by ProQuest that there is a technical issue impacting the recent release of ProQuest Learning: Literature (PQLL) and the History Study Center (HSC) product components of eLibrary Curriculum Edition.

Summon search results for Gale in Context: Biography videos send users to an error message: "You do not have access to the requested document." This is for Gale in Context: Biography Summon database code IBG.  We are working with Ex Libris and Gale on a solution, and will keep you updated. In the meantime, if a user encounters the error when searching in Summon, please send them directly to the database, since the videos work when accessed in Gale in Context: Biography directly.  

On Thursday, August 5th at 7:00am, NC LIVE will perform OS updates on our servers. This may result in downtime of around 10 minutes per library for libraries using NC LIVE Hosted Proxy, barcode pattern matching and NC LIVE password. 

We will send out an email when the updates are complete.
