MARC Records for Subscription Resources
The MARC records for the subscription resources below change regularly, as vendors add and remove items from the collections.
For libraries using NC LIVE Authentication (NC LIVE password and barcode pattern matching), records accessed directly from vendors require libraries to add the NC LIVE proxy prefix to URLs in the 856 field for those records. The process for making this change is determined by local ILS workflows. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk for more information.

MARC Records for Perpetual Access Collections
These MARC record collections are for non-subscription resources and will not change unless additions or deselection is recommended by the Resources Advisory Committee. Libraries will be notified of any changes to these collections.
Modified MARC records contain the NC LIVE proxy prefix in the 856 field for those records. The Unmodified records are straight from the vendor without any additional changes.
