NC LIVE has changed the names of ProQuest resources on the NC LIVE website. Resources beginning with the word "ProQuest" have been renamed so that "ProQuest" is no longer in the title.

As a result, these resources will no longer be listed under "P" in the A-Z list, but you can still see the entire list of them by filtering by vendor (ProQuest).

Example:

ProQuest Accounting, Tax & Banking Collection
is now:
Accounting, Tax & Banking Collection

The one exception is ProQuest Central, which will still be listed as ProQuest Central.

North Carolina residents now have free access to Gale’s Testing & Education Reference Center, an online resource offering test preparation, college readiness and career development

NC LIVE Provides North Carolina Nursing Students with Critical Resources

IPSWICH, Mass. and Raleigh, N.C. — Jan. 10, 2017 — The number of Americans ages 65 and older is projected to more than double from 46 million today to over 98 million by 2060, and the 65-and-older age group’s share of the total population will rise to nearly 24 percent from 15 percent. An influx of well-trained nurses will be required to meet the healthcare needs of this growing population.
