SIRS Discoverer May be Down

1/28/2020- The issues with SIRS Discoverer have been resolved, and the resource should be functioning normally.

~~SIRS Discoverer appears to be down for some libraries. Users attempting to access SIRS Discoverer via IP authentication or proxy authentication will receive the following error message:~~

~~"This site can’t be reachedexploreproquest.com’s server IP address could not be found. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"~~
