ProQuest Platform databases will be temporarily unavailable this afternoon until 3:00pm for libraries using the NC LIVE Proxy and NC LIVE Hosted Proxy.

This outage is due maintenance at ProQuest today, combined with our version of EZ Proxy (Version 5.7.44). Today's maintenance resulted in ProQuest temporarily disabling some older security protocols (TLS 1.0 and 1.1) used by older versions of EZproxy.

As soon as the maintenance is over, access to these versions of EZproxy should be restored. ProQuest recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies before attempting the new connection.

ProQuest said they will be able to do all future maintenance without disabling these protocols.
