Action May Be Required:
If you have a local proxy server, there must be an SSL certificate installed on the proxy server to facilitate HTTPS access (this applies both if you are using the NC LIVE link or a direct link to LearningExpress Library). If you do not have one installed by August 10, you will lose remote access to the LearningExpress Library.
All libraries should have an SSL certificate by now, since it was required for the ProQuest switch to HTTPS.
