A working group from NC LIVE's Resources Advisory Committee reviewed NC LIVE's permanent ebook collections, including Ebooks on EBSCOhost, for outdated titles.
Based on this report, the Resource Advisory Committee has recommended that 1632 titles be deleted from NC LIVE's Ebooks on EBSCOhost collection. These titles were judged to be too outdated to remain in the collection and updated replacements were deemed unnecessary.
NC LIVE has now hidden these titles on the NC LIVE parent account. This means they will not show up in a Summon search on nclive.org or through the Ebooks on EBSCOhost direct link on nclive.org. However, the titles are still visible on member library accounts.
I have attached a list of the titles recommended for deletion. If you would like to hide their visibility from your institutional account, you'll need to:
1. Have admin access to your EBSCO account.
2. Create an Exclusion Collection and add the titles to that collection.
3. Set the Exclusion Collection as a hidden limiter.
