Good afternoon,
Effective September 1, 2026, EBSCO will transition their AI-Assisted Search (formerly Natural Language Search) and Ask This Document (AI Ask) from opt-in to opt-out, meaning that these tools will be available by default in EBSCO databases.
If libraries wish to disable these tools either in advance of September 1, or after this transition takes place, they can do so via the EBSCO Experience Manager. Instructions for enabling and disabling these features are available on EBSCO Connect.
