The 2022-2023 NC LIVE password is now available. The current NC LIVE password (2021-2022) will expire on October 1, 2022. Both passwords will work until October 1, at which point the 2021-2022 passwords will expire.

Please distribute the new NC LIVE password to your staff and patrons as appropriate. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk for your new password.

Update 7/28/2022- This issue has been resolved. 

Users accessing Cypress Resume may get an Expired Certificate warning or "Your Connection is not Private" warning. 

We are in touch with Cypress Resume about this issue and will update you when we have more information. 

On Friday, July 22nd from 7:30am-8:00am, MCNC will perform OS updates on NC LIVE's servers. This may result in downtime of 30 minutes for the NC LIVE website and NC LIVE proxies. This includes libraries using NC LIVE Hosted Proxy, barcode pattern matching and NC LIVE password. 
We will send out an email when the updates are complete.

NC LIVE resource URLs have switched to a new format. These new resource URLs have a user-friendly format which we hope will be easier for users to remember, and libraries to promote and share. We encourage libraries to swap their old NC LIVE URLs to this new format. However, the old resource URLs will continue to work. As part of this process, the NC LIVE splash page has been updated with a new design and new language as well.  Here's an example of the old link vs. the new link:

This issue has been fixed. NC LIVE is once again showing up as an option on the hoopla "Find Your Library" page. 

NC LIVE is not showing up as an option on the hoopla "Find Your Library" page, when users sign-up for an account. 

hoopla is aware of this issue and working on a fix. We will update you when we have more information.
