MARC records for titles from the NC LIVE Video Collection that were migrated to Films on Demand are now available in the FoD Admin portal. It is recommended that records are downloaded directly from the Admin portal as they will include the correct institution ID in URLs.
This issue has been resolved. Please let us know at help [at] nclive.org (help[at]nclive[dot]org) if you have any continuing issues with the Infobase admin portal.
Infobase's MARC records functions in their admin portals are currently down. Infobase is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

Ferguson's Career Guidance Center is currently experiencing performance issues. The search function is not working. Ferguson's is aware of the issues and working to resolve them as soon as possible.

Update 11/8/18: The access issues for Sanborn Maps North Carolina have been resolved. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk at help [at] nclive.org (help[at]nclive[dot]org) with any questions.
Update 11/2/18: Access to Sanborn Maps North Carolina is restored, but it currently displays an error message when it is first accessed: "Duplicate entry '53339' for key 1". If the user refreshes the page, then Sanborn Maps loads normally.
