AutoMate, Infobase and HeritageQuest Statistics

NC LIVE was recently notified of three statistics issues, outlined below. Full details on each are available on the Usage Statistics FAQ page.

1) Starting with February 2019 usage reports, EBSCO AutoMate has changed the de-duplication process used for calculating user sessions resulting in lower overall sessions counts.

Credo removing ABC-Clio content

Effective June 30, 2019 Credo will terminate its partnership with ABC-Clio and related content will no longer be available via Credo. To minimize the impact of removed titles Credo is licensing new content from existing publishers.

EBSCO eBooks

On March 13, EBSCO will perform infrastructure upgrades. During this time patrons will not be able to check out, download, or place holds on EBSCO eBooks. Patrons will continue to be able to to read EBSCO eBooks online during the system maintenance period.
