Strategic Planning 2026

NC LIVE is excited to announce the beginning of our strategic planning process! Our new strategic plan will help us assess the current and emerging needs of our membership and guide our content, services, and projects over the next few years. NC LIVE is working with Alliance for Library Impact to help facilitate the process, along with a Strategic Planning Team made up of library staff representatives from NC LIVE's four Communities of Interest.

Ways to Get Involved

Member library staff participation is integral to this process, and we encourage everyone to get involved!

The process will include:

  • Member feedback survey (Mid-February)
  • Focus groups and interviews (March & April)
  • Feedback opportunities during the 2026 Annual Conference (May 15 & 18)
  • Virtual member summits (Early June)
