SERVICE ALERT: Research Companion login screen

4/7/2022: This issue has been resolved.

We are receiving reports that users attempting to access ProQuest's Research Companion are getting a login screen. This is happening for both onsite and remote access. 

We are in touch with ProQuest about this issue and will update you when we have more information.

SERVICE ALERT: Credo Reference Offline

Update 3/25/22: The issue has been resolved. 

Update 3/23/22 11:30am: From Credo Tech Support: After a brief period of stability this morning, we are again experiencing degraded service on the Credo Reference and Source platforms. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause! We will send a follow-up email as soon as it is fully resolved.

Update 3/23/22, 10:00am: This issue has been resolved.

SERVICE ALERT: Gale resources down

Update, 3:30pm- Access to Gale resources has been restored.

We have been informed by Gale Support that their resources are currently experiencing technical issues, causing the databases to be inaccessible at this time. Gale is aware and is currently investigating the issue.

RESOLVED - SERVICE ALERT: Data-Axle Reference Solutions Outage

Update: This issue is resolved. All users should have access to Data-Axle Reference Solutions.

Data-Axle Reference Solutions has a temporary outage. Users see an error message after logging in and are unable to use the resource. Data-Axle anticipates the issue should be resolved soon.
