ReferenceUSA is giving an error message: "Server Error in '/'Application" when trying to access the site. We are in contact with the vendor and will let you know when we have more information.

We at NC LIVE would like to share some important information about our services during the COVID-19 crisis.
· NC LIVE resources remain available to all NC member libraries and associated patrons with internet access.
· Per North Carolina State University guidelines, NC LIVE staff will be working remotely until notified that it is safe to return to the office.
RBdigital will be taking the platform administrative site down for maintenance on Wednesday, March 18. The process will begin at 5 a.m. ET and take 30 minutes or less.
MCNC will be performing infrastructure upgrades on Sunday, March 8, from 12:01AM to 6:00AM.
The NC LIVE website and NC LIVE proxies may experience a loss of connectivity for approximately 30-60 minutes during this maintenance window.
