Springshare is currently experiencing a DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) attack on their LibGuides US servers.
Users may see a 503 bad gateway error message.
This will affect the website of any library using the NC LIVE Website Service.

Ebook Central and LibCentral are experiencing an outage. The issue exists at a shared datacenter and ProQuest is working on trying to get this fixed. You can see updates on this at: https://status.proquest.com

Morningstar has updated their proxy stanza.
Action is Required: Libraries with local proxies, please update your stanza by November 7, 2019, to ensure the database continues to work as expected.
No Action is Required: NC LIVE Hosted Proxy libraries, libraries using the barcode authentication, or libraries using the NC LIVE password.
Usage statistics from Auto Repair Source from January 2019 until present are incorrect on the NC LIVE website. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you would like Auto Repair Source usage statistics for your library, you may contact the vendor directly at support [at] ebsco.com (support[at]ebsco[dot]com).
