On Saturday, October 5th between 12:01AM and 6:00AM, MCNC will be performing code upgrades on their infrastructure. This could result in downtime for NC LIVE's website and proxies. This means that all libraries that use NC LIVE's Hosted Proxy Service may experience downtime in that time frame.
From July 2019 onward, RBdigital's audiobook and ebook usage is reported separately.
Due to an error in how Films on Demand was calculating usage, many libraries using Access Video were reported as having zero or extremely low usage for Films on Demand. This has been addressed and usage information has been updated from January 2019 onward.
ProQuest will be performing maintenance on Ebook Central and LibCentral on Saturday, October 19th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Outages during that time may occur.
