SERVICE ALERT: HeritageQuest Census Search

Update 1/17: 

We've heard from ProQuest that this issue has been resolved. The US Census Search should now be functioning normally.

Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk if you continue to experience issues. 

The US Census Search box in HeritageQuest is not functioning properly. After entering information to search, users may get an error message "We're sorry, this page is no longer available" or "Bad gateway, error code 502."

SERVICE ALERT: Ferguson's Career Guidance Center Inaccessible- Public Libraries

Update 1/9/2024:

All libraries should now have access to Ferguson's Career Guidance Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage caused. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk if you are still experiencing access issues. 

 

Ferguson's Career Guidance Center is currently inaccessible for public libraries. Users will get an "available products" screen instead of going to the resource homepage. We have reached out to Infobase about this issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

Updated Design: NC LIVE Hosted Proxy Error Pages

As part of NCLIVE's efforts to keep our EZproxy instances current and user-friendly, we refreshed the design of the EZproxy error pages that users occasionally encounter when accessing resources through EZproxy. These error pages will now feature a refreshed, more-user friendly design with NC LIVE branding.

The redesigned error pages have been applied to EZproxy instances for libraries using NC LIVE Hosted Proxy and NC LIVE Proxy (NC LIVE Password, Barcode Pattern Matching).

Service Alert: Credo Reference Outage

Update 1/4/2024:

The 500 Internal Server Error affecting Credo Reference has been resolved. The other issues with deep linking and citations are still active.
